Spoken voiceover from the product tour. Coach-notification beats are labeled email or text on this page. The spoken lines still say text.
- Title (0:00–0:14) Youth sports are short on officials. TopRefHub’s idea is simple. Coaches review after every game. Good work gets rewarded. The people who work hard get the better games.
- Homepage (0:14–0:30) This is the live site. Leagues pay for scheduling and ratings. Officials join free. Every paying league can see those ratings. They’re not locked behind an upgrade.
- Sign-in picker (0:30–0:39) One screen to get in. Returning users sign in as a league or as a ref. First time here, join free as an official — or request a league setup.
- Ref signup (0:39–0:52) Ref signup is email or Google. About two minutes. No credit card. No league fee passed to the official. Then they add sports, certification, and how far they’ll travel.
- Org request (0:52–1:07) Leagues can ask for a walkthrough or open an account the same day. Starter is one ninety-nine a year, up to fifty officials. Pro is three ninety-nine, up to one fifty, with rating-based assigning and reporting. Officials stay at zero. You’re not charged per game.
- Org Saturday board (1:07–1:19) Saturday board. This is sample data so you can see the layout. Games today, open slots, what you owe, next payday. Assign a crew, or post the game and let qualified refs claim it.
- Ref dashboard (1:19–1:32) Same day on the ref side. Upcoming games, open games to claim, what they’ve earned this week, and their rating. Gold at four point eight comes from coach reviews — not from who they know.
- Email or text after the whistle (1:32–1:45) When the game ends, the coach gets a text. Not a rating link yet. The form stays locked for twenty-four hours, so nobody scores an official in the heat of the game.
- Form locked (1:45–1:52) If they tap the link early, they get this page. Locked, with the exact open time. Same window for every sport on the board.
- Email or text 2 (1:52–2:06) Twenty-four hours later the text comes back with the link. Four questions. Forty-eight hours to finish. Only the league sees the answers.
- Open rating form (2:06–2:18) Were they on time? Did they communicate? Did they control the game? Do you want them again — yes, maybe, or no. Admins review it. It’s not a public scoreboard.
- Close (2:18–2:38) Refs join free. The league pays for the tools. Ratings plus incentives are how the pool grows, and how the best work gets the next good game. We track what officials are owed. The league still pays them. We’re not the ten ninety-nine payer. Grow the pool. Reward the best. TopRefHub.com.
