Pittsburgh first

TopRefHub is a founder-built product in Pittsburgh. We started with youth hockey because that is the game we know, then opened the same tools to other sports leagues run the same way — assignors, officials, and coaches.

This is a beta. Features described in older materials may not all be live. We would rather say that plainly than over-promise.

What we are (and are not)

We make software. The league pays officials. TopRefHub tracks who is owed so you can hit a 72-hour target. We do not move the money or file 1099s. Software subscription is annual.
