TopRefHub is scheduling and rating software. We are not the employer of referees, not a payroll company, and not the payer of game fees.

For the Pittsburgh beta, the league pays officials per game on a 72-hour target, outside this product. Amounts vary by sport and level. Figures you see in the app are tracking tools — they are not a promise that TopRefHub will send money. We are not the 1099 shop. Software subscription is annual.

After a game, coaches may be asked to rate punctuality, communication, game control, and whether they would want that official again. An optional comment is allowed.

Ratings follow a 24-hour cooling-off: the form cannot be submitted until 24 hours after the game's scheduled end, then stays open for 48 hours. Most youth programs wait so feedback is not given in the heat of the game. A 24-hour wait is common in USA Hockey clubs and in parent-coach policy. It is not a USA Hockey requirement. SafeSport and immediate safety reporting are not delayed by the 24-hour game-feedback window.

Individual game ratings and comments stay with the organization that ran the game. They are not a public scoreboard. League admins review and moderate feedback. Do not use ratings to harass officials or share comments outside that league. When an official joins a new organization, games worked, accept/no-show, and overall reliability may travel with them; the originating org keeps the per-game scores and comments.

We store the account, schedule, assignment, and rating information needed to run the product — names, emails, phone numbers coaches or leagues provide, game details, and scores.

We use that information to operate TopRefHub (login, assignments, rating links, and league dashboards). We do not sell it. Organization members see what they need for their league. Individual game ratings and comments stay inside the organization that ran the game. Games worked, accept/no-show, and overall reliability may travel with an official who joins another org on TopRefHub.

Provide accurate information, keep rating links to the intended coach, and treat officials and league staff with respect. We may suspend access for abuse or misuse of ratings.

Software can have bugs. During the beta we work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature described in older materials is live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Effective date: 31 August 2026. The product name is TopRefHub.
