Create your league

Set your sport (1 included), season, and venues. Extra sports are a paid add-on — Contact us. Every pilot includes a done-for-you import of the league's first real schedule — we do it with you on a call. You can also export a CSV or iCal from TeamSnap, SportsEngine, or your scheduler, map columns, and preview before you import — or add games by hand.

Invite your pool

Invite refs by email. They join your pool after assignor approval — existing users connect once approved; new refs connect when they sign up.

Assign or post open

Officials claim open games. You approve who works.

Review every game

Coaches rate refs. Officials rate the bench. After the 24-hour wait, use the pattern to pair a developing official with a mentor and staff the games that matter. Comments stay with the league — not a public scoreboard.
