Your coach reviews build your rank. Top performers can earn league-funded bonuses and priority offers. The league writes that check — TopRefHub does not.

Rate

Coaches score every game on punctuality, communication, game control, and whether they would want that official again. Scores roll into a season average visible to the league that ran the game.

Rank

Refs are ranked within each league pool. Top performers surface first when assignors staff playoffs, tournaments, and rivalry games.

Reward

4.5+ can unlock league-funded bonuses. Higher tiers earn priority game offers and a clearer view of open games and payment status. The league funds the bonus.
