Coaches score punctuality, communication, game control, and whether they would want that official again. The form opens 24 hours after the game's scheduled end and stays open for 48 hours. Ratings and comments stay with the league that ran the game — they are not a public scoreboard. When you join a new org, games worked, accept/no-show, and overall reliability can travel with you; individual game scores and comments do not.

Most youth programs wait 24 hours so feedback is not given in the heat of the game. We use that same wait for every game-feedback rating on TopRefHub. The form then stays open for 48 hours. A 24-hour wait is common in USA Hockey clubs and in parent-coach policy. It is not a USA Hockey requirement. SafeSport and immediate safety reporting are not delayed by this window.
