TopRefHub opens ratings 24 hours after the game so feedback is clearer. Coaches get a short rating by email. Officials see an anonymized category report after 8 rated games.
How it works
From signup to staffed games
Export CSV or iCal from TeamSnap, SportsEngine, or your scheduler, map columns, preview your schedule, then commit. Every pilot includes a done-for-you import of the league's first real schedule — we do it with you on a call. Import help on a call is included for Pilot and Level 2+. Then invite refs. Officials claim open games. You approve who works.
Plans
Free, Level 1, and Level 2 each include 1 sport. Paid plans scale by active officials — not by game count. Level 3 is contact us for a chapter, district, or multi-sport. Always free for officials.
Level 1 is $199/year for one sport and up to 50 officials (no setup fee). Level 2 is $299/year for one sport and up to 100. Level 3 (chapter, district, or multi-sport): Contact us.
Software is billed annually. TopRefHub tracks owed/paid and exports a payday CSV; your organization pays officials. TopRefHub does not hold your game-fee funds. Your organization remains the payer of officials and is responsible for 1099 filing for game fees.
