Privacy
What we store, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it.
We store the account, schedule, assignment, and rating information needed to run the product — names, emails, phone numbers coaches or leagues provide, game details, and scores.
TopRefHub is for adults: league admins, officials, and coaches. We do not collect player data (no youth rosters, no player names, no COPPA-covered child accounts).
We use that information to operate TopRefHub (login, assignments, rating links, and league dashboards). We do not sell it. Organization members see what they need for their league. Individual game ratings and comments stay inside the organization that ran the game.
Session cookies keep you signed in. We do not run a separate advertising or analytics pixel on the public site.
Vercel hosts TopRefHub. Supabase stores accounts, schedules, and ratings. Google is used for sign-in only when that option is turned on. Twilio delivers staffing texts. Reply STOP to cancel texts.
We email officials in a game's league pool when a slot opens (decline or no-show). We text a mobile number only if that official entered it and checked the staffing box: assignments, open games they can claim, and last-minute replacements. That is prior express consent for staffing — not marketing. We log who consented, when, and the purpose. Reply STOP to cancel texts. We do not buy or scrape referee phone lists.
Coaches leave their own contact on a QR / self-enter form. Officials and assignors do not type coach phone numbers for them.
