What does my plan include?

Each Free, Starter, and Pro subscription includes one sport. Starter supports up to 50 officials; Pro supports up to 150. Officials always join free.

What counts as one sport?

One sport means one athletic activity (for example, ice hockey). Boys/girls and age divisions of that same activity count as the same sport. A different activity (for example, lacrosse or field hockey) is an additional sport.

Who counts toward the official limit?

Officials invited or active in your organization for the current season count toward the Starter/Pro cap. Contact support if you need a higher cap.

We run more than one sport. What do we do?

Add an extra sport (add-on) or contact us for multi-sport pricing. School districts and large multi-sport organizations should contact us — custom agreement, not self-serve checkout.

Do you charge by number of games?

No. Public plans are not metered by games.

Can we buy online as a school district?

Use Contact us. Districts usually need a quote or purchase order, not consumer checkout.

What does the annual fee cover?

The annual software fee covers scheduling and assigning for one sport, up to that plan's official cap. Referees join free. TopRefHub-funded bonuses for top performers — coming soon. There is no per-game software fee.
